Training Course on Business Continuity Management (BCM)

The training course is designed to provide private sector participants with fundamental and practical knowledge to develop and operationalize a business continuity plan (BCP) tailored for their organization. It will give participants a basis for developing their own organizational BCP under the scenario-based format. The training will also:

  • provide an explanation of the BCM Framework,
  • describe the processes of business impact analysis (BIA) and risk assessment,
  • analyze the impacts of disaster risks, 
  • develop business continuity strategies, and
  • plan for the exercise, test, and review of a BCP.
