Cambodia Humanitarian Forum Annual Assembly
The Cambodian Humanitarian Forum (CHF) steering committee plays a crucial role as a local humanitarian coordinator on disaster preparedness and response in close collaboration with key humanitarian actors in term of network strengthening and cooperation. The network currently has four mandates and they will issue a fifth mandate in June. The meeting serves to ensure the active operations of the network as well as partnering with the United Nations (UN) and local and international non-governmental organizations (INGO/LNGO) to build more resilient communities. The objectives of the meeting also include:
- reflecting on CHF work (to identify the gaps and actions for improvement)
- defining key appropriate activities for the next call for proposal for Preparedness Partnership of Cambodia (PPC) Phase III
- electing new CHF steering committee members for next term (2022-2023)
