The story is about responding efficiently by a hospital during a fire accident inside the hospital. One doctor and two nurses shared their experiences of how the SERB program contributed to make the hospital better prepared to manage emergencies. SERB program provided training to more than 70 staff of this hospital and developed HRA and ERP for them.
