This activity will focus on rolling out the Framework for Integrating Rights and Equity (FIRE) at the municipality level. The training will specifically consider the six FIRE dimensions for ensuring rights and equality in the context of emergency response.
Key objectives:
- Disseminating the FIRE concept to local-level actors, maintaining uniformity and consistency in content and methodology
- Piloting the training manual translated into Nepali language and contextualized through adapting appropriate examples, scenarios, and case studies
