Capacity Building Training of Government entities and LNGOs/CSOs on Knowledge Management and Compilation of Lessons Learnt and Best Practices

The event seeks to provide stakeholders and relevant institutes with the lessons learned and best practices as well as provide capacity building training. The main objectives of the event include: familiarizing participants with concepts, approaches, and steps of knowledge management and its importance in organizations; equipping them with the information to create and strengthen the knowledge management section within their organizations to support informed decisions; introducing smart ways of documenting lesson-learned and best practices; and identifying and validating best practices to capture, organize and share knowledge of project management.
