This sub-decrees seeks to raise awareness and disseminate the message on disaster risk reduction (DRR). It also advises all relevant stakeholders to jointly celebrate the events collaboratively to encourage the spirits to manage, prevent the disaster risk, and prepare and respond effectively to any disaster event (Khmer).
