National Day for Disaster Management (NDDM) Jointly Organized with ASEAN Day for Disaster Management (ADDM) and International Day for Disaster Reduction (IDDR) 2022

This year, Cambodia’s celebration of the National Day for Disaster Management is being jointly organized with ASEAN Day for Disaster Management and International Day for Disaster Reduction under the theme of “Stronger together in Balancing Action to Enhance Localisation for Disaster Resilience.”

The event’s main objective is to raise public awareness on disaster risk reduction through participatory leadership and implementation at the local level. The proposed activities under this event will be a media campaign, exhibition, remarks from representatives, in-hall planning and a press release.
