APP Innovation Forum
The APP Social Innovation Grand Challenge was launched on 5 May 2021 to identify, curate, nurture, and promote innovations derived from ‘local actors’ (i.e. governments, academia, private entrepreneurs, and
civil society) for addressing pertinent DRM related challenges. Under the Challenge selected Innovators from APP countries were provided with grant funding and technical support from ADPC to develop their
solutions over the period of November 2021 to July 2022. The Innovation Forum will provide a platform for the innovators to showcase the solutions and identify opportunities for further development and
operationalization of the products, tools and systems by local actors, including the APPRSC members and the representatives from the APP National Preparedness Partnerships.
Key objectives:
- Showcasing the experiences and good practices of DRM-focused innovators from APP countries
- Identifying steps for integrating innovation solutions into the APP country partnerships
