Re-assessing the APP Tools with partner CSOs in Hpa An District
The translated APP Tools were used to re-assess with the partner CSOs in Hpa An District. 25 participants (7 male, 18 female) from 13 civil society organizations (CSOs) participated in the CHSAT, ICAT, and TIE re-assessment.

Capacity Development Programs (January) 
Multiplier training on Emergency Response was conducted with 22 participants (13 male, 9 female) from 14 CSOs in Hpa An from 13 to 15, January 2023 by the participants who received the ToT on Emergency Response, Conducting ToT on CBDRM was held in Magway on 18 – 21 January 2023 for member CSOs of Magway Coalition with 20 participants (12 male, 8 female) from 14 CSOs.Emergency Response Training for the CSO members of the CSO Coalition was conducted in Mandalay with 25 participants (19 male, 6 female) from 7 CSOs in Mandalay from 23-25 January 2023. Monitoring and Evaluation, and CBO forming training were conducted for the participants from Hpa An CSO Coalition on 27 – 29 January 2023 with 25 participants (7 male and 18 female) from 13 organizations in Hpa An District. Multiplier training on CBDRM was conducted in Magway on 28 – 30, January 2023 with 21 participants (10 male, 11 female) from 14 CSOs by the participants who received ToT on community-based disaster risk management (CBDRM).

Undertaking Training Impact Evaluation
The conduct of Training Impact Evaluation was done at the CBDRM ToT training in Magway on 18 January 2023. The same tool was used to undertake the impact evaluation at the Emergency Response Training held in Mandalay on 23 January 2023. This tool was developed by the project in July 2022 during the last quarter of the second phase project and tested at the Partners Forum held in August 2022. The report will be submitted as a separate document. The conduct of Impact Evaluation Tools developed by ADPC was done with the participants of the Emergency Response training on 23 January 2023 in Mandalay. The report will be submitted as a separate document.


Capacity Development Programs (February) 
Communication and personal development training were conducted for the participants from the Mandalay CSO Coalition from 2-4 February 2023 in Mandalay with 26 participants (19 male, 7 female) from 8 organizations. The training was requested by the CSOs after conducting the Organization Capacity Assessment (OCA) workshop. The assessment was done using the different tools developed for OCA. Project Proposal Writing Training was conducted for members of CSOs in Magway from 24-26 February 2023, with 25 Participants (14 male, 11 female) from 13 organizations in Magway. The training was requested by the CSOs after conducting the Organization Capacity Assessment-OCA workshop. The assessment was done using the different tools developed for OCA.

CSO Partners’ Forum
CSO Partners’ Forum was held in Yangon on 15 February 2023 with the partners from 3 CSO Coalitions formed in Magway, Mandalay, and Hpa An districts. Altogether 37 participants from 29 organizations participated in the one-day forum. The forum’s objectives were (1) To share knowledge and experience from the formation of CSO Coalitions at the district level and (2) To jointly plan for future collaboration and coordination among the CSOs Coalition for better preparedness for disaster response.
