The SOP provides measures and procedures to manage, maintain, and use the safe evacuation center (SEC) by the local committee, authorities and all relevant community members. The center was established in three disaster-prone provinces of Kampong Chhnang, Pursat, and Kampong Thom, with support from World Food Program (WFP) to provide affected populations with shelter and food provisions during an emergency period (Khmer).
